Learn Guitar Program – Jamorama

After a breakup of a long term relationship, I decided to take up guitar as a hobby. I had always wanted to learn how to play guitar while in my relationship, but never had the time. Once my ex left and I wrote down my “bucket list” of what I wanted to do with my life, guitar was towards the top of my list.

Now that I’m at an intermediate level with my guitar skills, I’ve got to say that my life is much improved – I regularly gig with two groups that each love the same types of music I do, and playing guitar has helped me get active in many parts of my life again. Although I never meant to take it this far, I’m back to doing what I love in life again, and through the club scene have actually started dating again – this time someone who’s as interested in music as I am :)

I was initially anxious about purchasing the Jamorama Guitar Lesson system. I normally don’t like buying anything over the internet, and things like this are no exception. If anything, I’m always cautious about putting my credit card information out, as well as any type of person getting my personal information. I did a bit of research, however, and found out through a Jamorama Learn Guitar review that the program is sold through clickbank, which has a reputation for having good customer service as well as a rock solid 60 day return policy. I’ve purchased through them before, and on the rare time when I’ve had to return a purchase, never had any problems with managing the return.

After buying the Jamorama guitar lesson system, I set aside a specific amount of time to practice to get as good as I could. It was important to me to become a good guitar player, and setting aside time definitely helped me focus on what I was doing.

The package comes with a number of books, and 148 video lessons and exercises, a year’s worth of lessons, and a number of Jam tracks. I found that the videos were very helpful – you can’t find good information like that at the bookstore or on a dvd – on its own I’d say that the videos were easily worth the cost of the package.
So once I had some time set aside each day, I was able to pick up the process pretty easily. At first there’s a little bit of getting used to the guitar, however once you’ve picked up the basics, I found that it was quite easy to maneuver around the instrument. There were a number of times when I fumbled or had a setback, however the way the lessons are constructed, I was able to go back a few steps and recover with very little trouble.

Today, I’d say I’m about a good intermediate level player. I can make it sing when I want to, but still have a lot to learn from the masters. While it took a fair bit of work to get here, it was very rewarding and I’m glad I did it.

Next up for me will the be the advanced lessons of the Jamorama guitar lesson review. While I’m not quite there yet, I’ve had a few friends borrow the program and even though they have years of experience say that they’re sill getting good information out of it.

Overall, I’ve been happy with my purchase. I credit it for taking me from 0 to semi-hero as a guitar player, and following the system has definitely made me the guitar player I am today.
