James Durbin is on his way to becoming an international celebrity, performing every week on TV worldwide. Attending Hollywood movie premieres and musically collaborating with some of the biggest names in the recording industry.

This past week on the show James sang Judas Priest’s You Got Another Thing Comin’.”James, that was (bleep) crazy good!” Steven says. “I think all America agrees with the word I used.”

“I love the way you perform,” She continued to say “Every move you make comes from something inside. That’s what everybody needs to do when they’re up there.” Said Jenifer Lopez. “This is, right here, how you do it.” Is how Randy Jackson summed it up.

After a long wait, it came down to James Durbin and Stefano Langone for the final spot in the top 10. Stefano was sent home and James took the final spot in the top 10. Top 10 include: Scotty McCreery, Paul McDonald, Jacob Lusk, James Durbin, Casey Abrams. Women: Thia Megia, Pia Toscano, Lauren Alaina, Karen Rodriguez, Haley Reinhart

We’d like to congratulate James on this awesome achievement. He has truly overcome all odds. The best part of this story is A couple of months ago, Durbin was just another guy in Santa Cruz, a would-be musician nursing a dream, bouncing from job to job, with an infant son and the burden of carrying not one but two high-stigma neurological conditions. Since Idol his life has changed and the world is quickly learning of his huge talents.

James has had the dream to perform on the show for many years, even as far back as a teen. When the effects of Tourette’s and Asperger’s syndrome made ithard for him to do something as simple as talk. James actuallu auditioned for the show two years ago and was not selected, what a turn of events.
